Mark Hermansen was born in Great Bend Kansas, introduced to Kiss by the age of 13 and intrigued he sought to teach himself guitar by learning various styles of music such as rock, blues, and classical. Music and theater became his main interests in high school, giving him an on-going opportunity to showcase his talents in Top 40 bands and community theater productions. After attending college where his studies focused on piano, song writing, and music theory he then took on the challenge of recording three full length CDs’ of original music of his own account between 1992 to 2000. In 2001 he re-located to Phoenix Arizona where he created a few original and cover projects. With experience and knowledge of the Phoenix music scene he ventured into a different direction when he answered an ad for a Kiss tribute band in November of 2007. Combining his favorite loves of music, theater, and the chance to portray his guitar hero Ace Frehley, he auditioned and the rest is yet to be seen, heard, and experienced
